Adam D. Warner
President, Key Equipment Finance
Adam D. Warner is president of Key Equipment Finance. In this role, he is responsible for all of Key Equipment Finance’s commercial and bank-based equipment lease and finance efforts; as well as equipment finance programs for the aviation, technology, energy, healthcare, specialty vehicle and government vertical market segments. He is also responsible for overseeing the equipment finance programs for all of the company’s vendor customers, including equipment manufacturers and distributors worldwide; and for the company’s advisory and distribution services unit. Before joining Key Equipment Finance in 2001, he worked as senior vice president of sales and marketing at Mellon Leasing Corporation, where he had worked since 1988. Prior to that position, he was vice president and chief operating officer. He also held the position of operations manager at McDonnell Douglas Finance Corp. from 1985-1988. Warner is currently a vice chair of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association ’s board of directors and also serves on the organization’s executive committee.

Deborah Brady
SVP, Finance Director
Deborah Brady was named senior vice president and finance director in December 2009. She joined Key Equipment Finance in 1988 as a senior accountant. Since joining the company, Ms. Brady has held various roles of increasing responsibility, including positions as assistant accounting officer, pricing analyst and vice president of pricing. In 1997 she was named vice president of market development and in 2000 was promoted to senior vice president of global pricing and economics. Ms. Brady has served as a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association's Financial Accounting Committee since 2001.

Peter K. Bullen
Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager, Direct Sales Group
Peter K. Bullen was named senior vice president and national sales manager of the direct sales group in May 2009. Bullen joined KeyCorp in 1992 as assistant vice president at Society Equipment Leasing/KeyCorp in Cleveland. In 1996, he became vice president, area sales leader, for KeyCorp Leasing, followed by a promotion in 2008 to regional sales director for the Great Lakes Region. Prior to KeyCorp, Bullen was assistant vice president from 1989 to 1992 at Ameritrust Co. in Cleveland, which he joined in 1987 as a credit analyst.

Rian W. Emmett
Managing Director, Lender Finance
Rian W. Emmett was named senior transactor and managing director of lender finance at Key Equipment Finance in 2002. He joined the company in 1998 as a senior transactor, Key Global Finance. Prior to Key, Emmett was a senior transactor at Citicorp Securities and a senior transactor at Citicorp Equipment Finance & Leasing. Previously, he held various credit, sales and senior management roles at Westinghouse Credit Corp. He also holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.

John Evans
Managing Director, International Operations
John Evans was named executive vice president and managing director of international operations in 2007. In this role he oversees Key Equipment Finance’s activities in Europe and Asia Pacific. Evans joined Key as European portfolio manager in the U.K. in 1997 and was named vice president, European commercial operations in 2000. He completed an expatriate assignment in 2002 as senior vice president, Global Finance and Treasury, at Key Equipment Finance’s worldwide headquarters in Colorado. He was appointed senior vice president, integration and technology, in 2004, and in 2006 became managing director and executive vice president of the company’s Asia Pacific business, located in Australia.

Julie Fellows
SVP Portfolio Management
Julie Fellows was named senior vice president, portfolio management and chief compliance officer in December 2007. She joined the company in 1999 as vice president, portfolio management, and was promoted in 2004 to senior vice president, portfolio management. Prior to joining Key Equipment Finance she held positions of increasing responsibility at Republic Financial, as well as the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in Denver.

Lori G. Frasier
SVP, Strategic Services
Lori Frasier was named senior vice president of Strategic Services in October 2009. In this role, Ms. Frasier is responsible for strategic planning, market research, client insight, sales performance and analysis, international business support, and employee development initiatives. Previously, she served as senior vice president of Human Resources and Facilities Management. She is currently serving on the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association's Financial Institutions Business Council Steering Committee, is the former chair of the ELFA Human Resources task force, and previously served on the organization's Compensation and Diversity Steering committees.

Brian Madison
Senior Vice President, U.S. Manufacturer & Vendor Alliances
Brian Madison was named senior vice president, U.S. manufacturer & vendor alliances, for Key Equipment Finance in November 2010. Prior to joining Key, Madison was general manager of Microsoft Financing. Previously, he was managing director of global product management for Citigroup’s CitiCapital Commercial Finance group, as well as managing director for business technology finance. This followed his position as president of Mellon US Leasing. Madison also held business development, marketing and sales positions for GE Capital’s Vendor Financial Services group and was district manager for Tokai Financial Services.

Matthew B. McKeon
SVP, Senior Counsel
Matthew B. McKeon joined Key Equipment Finance in 2000 and was named Senior Counsel in 2011. As a member of the leadership team, McKeon is actively involved in strategic planning and setting policy at the company. In his role as counsel, McKeon is a transactional and managing attorney for the direct sales, corporate aviation, vendor, government and international groups. Since joining Key in 2000, McKeon has held positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to joining Key, he was in-house counsel at the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York and an associate in private practice with Whitman Breed Abbot & Morgan.

Michael O'Hern
SVP, Originations
Michael O'Hern joined Key Equipment Finance in 2012 as Senior Vice President, Originations. In this role, O'Hern leads business-processing units, drives profit strategies and implementation through origination channels, fosters client relationships, and manages employee development and engagement. O'Hern facilitates Key Equipment Finance’s already best-in-class alignment between clients, sales, operations, and risk. Prior to joining Key Equipment Finance, O’Hern was national manager of commercial bank operations at Chase Equipment Finance, where he also served previously as chief operating officer. Prior work experiences include management roles in equipment finance operations and risk management, as well as roles in vendor financial services, commercial banking and asset-based lending.

Amy Paine
SVP, Asset Management
Amy Paine was named senior vice president, asset management in March 2009. Ms. Paine joined the company in 2000 as planning manager for global vendor services and was promoted to senior vice president, global finance and treasury in 2004. She was named senior vice president, integration and business improvement in 2007. Prior to joining Key, she held various finance positions with the Hearst Corp. in New York.

Robert Piscitelli
Managing Director, Capital Markets & Syndication
Robert Piscitelli was named Managing Director of the Capital Markets & Syndication group in 2010. In this role, he is responsible for leading KEF's Capital Markets Group which includes both syndications and indirect orginations. Prior to Key, Piscitelli held various positions of increasing responsibility at General Electric, where he worked for 22 years, most recently as general manager of GE Capital Corp.'s Intermediary Funding. During his career, he has also held management positions at Dresser Leasing Corp. and International Harvester Credit Corp.

Philip G. Turner
Executive - Director of Credit Risk
Philip G. Turner was named director of credit risk for Key Equipment Finance in April 2010. Prior to joining Key in 2009 as credit manager of the lease advisory and distribution services group, Turner was director of credit for CIT Finance. Previously, he spent 20 years at Barclays Bank Plc in positions of increasing responsibility, including manager of international credit risk in London, head of credit risk management in Swaziland, head of credit risk management (Middle East) in Dubai, associate director of country risk for Barclays Bank Plc in London, associate director of credit for Barclays Capital in London, and co-head of corporate credit/director for Barclays Capital in New York.

Michelle Worster
SVP, Operations Group
Michelle Worster was named senior vice president, operations group, for Key Equipment Finance in November 2007. Prior to joining Key in May 2007 as senior vice president, business support services, Worster worked for the company in a consulting capacity. Before that, she spent four years with CIT Specialty Finance Europe, directing the company’s operations, new business and project management services for 15 European countries. Previously, Worster worked at GE for 15 years in various management, quality assurance, engineering and operations positions of increasing responsibility.

Sarah Winters
Senior Human Resources Business Partner Manager
Sarah Winters was named Senior Human Resources Business Partner Manager for Key Equipment Finance and KeyBank Real Estate Capital in June 2011. She began her career with Key in 1998 and has served in a variety of roles, including Organization Development Consultant, Training Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. She has worked with a variety of businesses, included Key Community Bank, Global Treasury Management, Bank Capital Markets and Administrative Services to drive results through human capital strategies. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire and Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
